Reservations must be cancelled no later than 6pm, 3 days prior to the reservation arrival date. This policy applies for each room reserved.
One room night will be charged otherwise. Please note that there is also a penalty for early checkouts during our high season (May 1 - October 31).Methods of Payment:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, traveller's cheques and of course, cash. Even though you are asked to guarantee your reservation with a credit card number when you make a booking with us, you may pay by any of the above methods when you check out.
Check In/Check Out Times:
We are unable to guarantee rooms ready for occupancy until 3pm, however guests may register any time after 8am and leave luggage and vehicles until check in time (after 3pm). Visitors seeking accommodation without a reservation must however register before our reservation office closes at midnight. Our check out time is 11 am and on request at noon, but luggage may certainly be left in the office after that time.
Parking Your Vehicle:
Onsite parking is available with limited capacity so in order that cars can be moved as required, we ask that all guests leave a key for their vehicle with the Front Desk. Street parking is permitted without restrictions.
